TIM举了一个例子，说微软一个小组原来一个很N很N的程序员写了3个月的一个C程序，足足有几十M大！！！后来WINDOWS升级了，要改这个程序，叫了一个工程师去改了7个月没改出来，因为原来那个N人没有留下任何文档，而且也没有什么注释。我想这就是人走CODE凉，无人晓。
项目中会存在的一些问题：
