一、bugzilla 2.18在Windows中的安装，可参考官方文档http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/win32install.html
二、中文支持
1、从http://sourceforge.net/projects/bugzilla-cn下载中文包bugzilla-2.18rc3-cn-0.9.rar
2、展开后将cn目录copy至\Bugzilla\template，将所有css文件覆盖到\Bugzilla\css。
注意：安装中文模板后，运行perl checksetup.pl会报错，此时将cn目录暂时删除即可通过，通过后再将cn恢复到\Bugzilla\template
三、自动发送邮件的修改
参考http://magicjl.blogdriver.com/magicjl/519994.html，手动修改九个pm文件。
四、与MySQL的兼容性问题
在http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/win32install.html中，推荐使用的是MySQL 4.0.X版本，如果使用4.1.x版以上，运行时会报告用户认证出错：Client does not support authentication protocol
此时可按下面的办法修改：
1、用root用户登录进MySQL
2、使用命令：set password for 'bugs'@'localhost' = old_password('bugs用户的密码');
C:\mysql\bin>mysql --user=root -p
